Mitchel Schwindt, M.D.

Mitchel Schwindt is an emergency physician with nearly two decades of clinical practice. He graduated from one of the top ranked and busiest Emergency Medicine programs in the U.S. He received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota.
He has been writing on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, research journals and book contributions. Several of his publications can be found by searching through some of the larger medical publisher websites.
His areas of interest focus on patient education and advocacy, lifestyle and longevity, and also on undergraduate education. He continues to serve as an advisor to pre-professional students hoping to pursue careers in medicine, dentistry, or related fields.
Dr. Schwindt has collaborated on a number of projects and books (printed and ebooks). His writing style is easy to follow and makes complicated medical issues easy to understand.
As a pilot and flight physician, he also has particular expertise in aeromedical issues. He has worked as a flight physician on a rescue helicopter and continues to work as a flight physician for an international medical transport company.
